    Ordered a photo book for next day pick-up. Received my text the next day informing me the photo book was ready. Drove to store to pickup (which is not local because only certain stores offer pickup) but Customer Service (CS) could not locate. The photo book had not been started. After waiting 20 minutes for CS to search for the order, I was NOT happy that I received a text informing me the order was ready when, in fact, the order had not been prepared. I will NOT return to this photo center or any other photo center associated with WalMart. Very poor customer service and department organization.
