  Absolutely disgusting. I found a tiny man living in my bathtub. Weird things happen here. Best not talk about it.

  So.... I’ve been in this apartment 2 days... but first let me tell you the start...
  
  I applied, they had me apply and pay a deposit for a place they already leased. LUCKILY Sara (assistant manager) helped resolve the issue. She is the ONLY employee that seems to care or get things done. We were given a move in date, with no specific time, it was a Sunday and they told me that they were open 10-5 (they apparently didn’t open until 1)... they didn’t give us the keys and we had movers with our stuff that charged per hour! We get into the apartment (turns out they left the door unlocked)... we figured they did this intentionally since they never gave us a move in time... suddenly Marilyn (same lady that messed up our application) comes marching in and yelling saying we were in there illegally and that it was not our move in date... we pulled up the lease and showed her that it WAS our move in date (you might want to save it on your phone) and told her that is a legally binding agreement saying we were right... there are sooo many issues with the apartment. Painted over outlets, water damage, the bathtub looks horrible, toilet paper holder is off the wall, I saw a roach, chunks missing from wall... they NEVER answer the phone... I’ve been here TWO days and I already am questioning it. I don’t even know if it’s worth going to talk to them because they don’t communicate.
  
  On a positive note, as mentioned earlier Sara is very helpful... but I’m honestly disappointed in the rest of the staff I have personally dealt with so far. ESPECIALLY the one who tried to make us seem like criminals or incompetent when we were in the right.... I’m hoping it gets better from here considering I’m a brand new renter here...

  So, since I originally posted the review things have only gotten worse. How, you ask… For starters before ever leasing this apartment I was told but they are accommodating and will add a wheelchair ramp for my wheelchair. I’ve been here three months and still have no wheelchair ramp… On top of that, I was told they would make me pay $300 to get one installed… $300 to make their property better? That doesn’t sound right. Especially considering the fact that I already mentioned to them I would need one. Very strongly considering reporting them to ADA for noncompliance. But wait… There’s more! There have been roaches in our apartment since the beginning, and then a rat in our apartment… We brought it to the attention of the staff, and they have yet to resolve the issue. It’s been a week. We called several times with no answer until finally we were forced to go to the leasing office and threaten to call the city of Lewisville in front of everyone in the leasing office... they tried to keep it hush hush. And the STILL have not sent an exterminator. We were told that our bad review really affected them in a negative way yet they have still made no effort to correct any of the problems addressed. So I am writing this review knowing it is likely nothing will be fixed, but hopefully people will steer clear of this complex. I’ve completely lost hope that they are going to fix anything. I’m not sure who to call next… Corporate? ADA? The city? I’m not sure all I know is that this has been a horrible leasing experience. Three months down… Nine to go.
