    I LOVE my apartment!!! It is fully upgraded and the floor plan is perfect for me. I have lived her for over a year and I honestly don't know why there are such bad reviews. I have really enjoyed living here. I have great neighbors, I love all the trees and the creek. I've enjoyed the pools during the summer, especially with the new pool furniture they put in! The property isn't gated but considering that, this is overall a quiet place. The new management work really hard at keeping it safe and getting rid of trouble makers. They have also been great at fixing up the place. They actually care about how the property looks and work very hard to make us happy. If you are someone who wants a nice place to live at a great price then this is the place for you.

    I am extremely happy I moved here floor plans and pricing are great! At first I let the reviews discouraged me. I haven't had any major issues here but the work orders I've placed get taken care of immediately and have to say maintenance is great. I enjoy my stay here. I have not came across any rats or roaches at all which I am happy to say because that was my concern when I saw the reviews. The ladies in the front are super friendly especially when I come in on Saturday to get my packages, Amy is always smiling and is very sweet.
