Long story short....i asked to cut the longest layer shorter and trim the split ends on the other layers as I'm growing it out.
She cut the length, did nothing else. When I questioned her she said "you said you didn't want more layers". I dont, however i want it healthy and stated I wanted the split ends cut. The way she trimmed the rest was horrible! One side is now more full than the other as well as I'm still cutting pieces that are 1/4 an inch or longer than the rest. Not a great experience for me.
